Ownership and authorization
By requesting service, you confirm that you own the device or are authorized by its owner and may authorize inspection and repair. You agree to provide accurate information and any access reasonably needed for approved testing.
Diagnostics and approval
You authorize reasonable diagnostic inspection of the reported issue. A request is not a guarantee of acceptance, successful repair, timing, or price. Chargeable work outside an approved scope requires your approval. Diagnostic fees, if any, are disclosed before chargeable inspection begins.
Repair risks and pre-existing conditions
Electronics can contain hidden damage or failing components. Inspection or repair may reveal or worsen pre-existing faults, especially after impact, liquid exposure, corrosion, prior repair, unstable storage, or power damage. Repair may be unsuccessful. We do not guarantee data preservation.
Backup and sensitive information
Back up important data before service. Remove sensitive information, SIM cards, memory cards, accessories, and account access where appropriate. Tell us about unusual access or testing requirements. You remain responsible for data and account security except where law provides otherwise.
Parts, shipping, and collection
Replacement parts may vary by availability and will be described in the approved estimate. Shipping risk, charges, packaging expectations, and delivery method will be disclosed when shipping applies. Inspect returned packages promptly and report shipping damage.
Unclaimed or abandoned devices
We will use the provided contact details to request collection or return. After reasonable notices and a period permitted by applicable law, storage charges and lawful disposition of unclaimed equipment may apply. No device will be treated as abandoned contrary to applicable law.
Warranty and liability
Any repair warranty is described on the invoice and in the Repair Warranty Policy. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, proven loss arising from the service and does not include indirect or consequential loss. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
