Before work begins
A customer may request cancellation before chargeable work begins. Any disclosed, non-recoverable payment-processing cost or committed special-order part may remain payable where allowed by law.

Agreed diagnostic or inspection fees reflect work performed and generally are not refundable once that work begins. Labor completed within the approved scope remains payable even if the device cannot be repaired successfully.

Completed repairs and products
Report concerns promptly. Service remedies are governed by the approved scope and Repair Warranty Policy. Returns of any separately sold product depend on its condition, use, and disclosed return terms.
Refund timing and legal rights
